The goal of this challenge is to motivate you and NOT to stress you. Therefore, rules may be change based on popular suggestions (complaints) to alleviate stress but still leave room for you to feel challenged:
no walking in tornadoesThis rule has been extended to every day. Only the following are accepted in place of walking:

30 min adaptationOne day out of the week you can do 30 minutes of movement instead of 60. Think of this as your day off from intense workouts but still allows for movement. You can only use this ONCE PER WEEK.

Marie must rest RuleThis is an intense challenge and we don't want you burning out. Therefore we are putting in a 50 MEPs or 1/2 circle closing rule for one day per week. As with the 30 minute adaptation rule, you can only use this ONCE PER WEEK. Stay strong. Stay healthy. Keep being amazing! |
