Training Session Schedule
WEDNESDAY at 6PmWe offer package options at the beginning of each 10 or 12 week series. Next series begins the first week of June.

Wednesday is the only evening option that we offer. During these sessions you will lift, box, skip, jump, push, pull, and have fun for 50 minutes.
We recommend having light, medium, and heavy weights. We will show a regression for most movements and you can always modify as needed for your personal needs. You can sign up for a single session or purchase all sessions in a cycle. If you purchase a single session we will send you a zoom link to join 5 minutes before the session start time. |

Virtual Team Training has evolved over the last few years. We pride ourselves on the community that we have created amongst our clients, even virtually. If you are looking for a supportive team environment, log on and train with us.
The bonus of virtual training is that we mute all of our participants so you can sing as loud as you like to all the throwback music we play during our sessions.
We design each session to give you a great workout, while offering regressions and progressions as needed to ensure you always have a great training session. If you are getting back into training or have been training for awhile, we got you. We will help you to get moving and stay moving.
We highly recommend that you are injury free and/or have worked 1:1 with DC Fit 10 before attending our Team Training sessions.
