Virtual Team Training has evolved over the last few years. We pride ourselves on the community that we have created amongst our clients, even virtually. If you are looking for a supportive team environment, log on and train with us. The bonus of virtual training is that we mute all of our participants so you can sing as loud as you like to all the throwback music we play during our sessions.
We design each session to give you a great workout, while offering regressions and progressions as needed to ensure you always have a great training session. If you are getting back into training or have been training for awhile, we got you. We will help you to get moving and stay moving.
If you are new to DC Fit 10 and interested in joining one of our sessions please sign up for one of our Meet & Greet sessions to ensure we are the right fit for you. We highly recommend that you are injury free and/or have worked 1:1 with DC Fit 10 before attending our Team Training sessions. We look forward to meeting you!

SGT Training Session Schedule
Tuesday at 7am
Tuesday's have a strength training focus. We will mix in cardio and plyometrics but get ready to lift heavier on Tuesdays. We will focus on pushing, pulling, and power moves.
We recommend multiple weight options for these sessions, a mat, and some water.

Thursday at 7am
Thursdays have a higher cardio focus so you will be moving around more. We move quickly between sets. We will focus on primal, planes, and plyo moves to get your heart rate up.

Auto Monthly will renew automatically until cancelled. You will receive an automated email before your charge date to let you know when you will be charged again. You can also email train@dcfit10.com to cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
All sessions must be used within the month they are purchased, sessions do not roll over to the following month.
