Our Group Sessions

All of our sessions incorporate a full body workout. You will be pushing and pulling, mixed in with some plyometrics, all the while moving through all planes of motion. Each session will be different based on the timer used. Some days we will focus more on strength and some days we will do more cardio, but everyday we will be having fun!

Why mess with a good thing? We have offered this group time slot since founding DC Fit 10 in 2014 and don't plan on stopping now. These sessions are offered throughout the year, unless Coach D takes a week off.
Our clients wanted more than just an early morning HIIT sessions so we added a few speciality classes. These classes are offered at varying moments throughout the year so make sure to check the schedule before searching frantically for your zoom link.
