Do My Sessions expire?
Yes.
10 Pack Personal Coaching expires within 6 months of purchase.
20 Pack Personal Coaching expires within 12 months of purchase.
Virtual Small Group Training (SGT) packages are purchased on a monthly basis and do not roll over. You do not have to purchase a pack to join the SGT sessions, you can also purchase them individually.

Do I need to Access to a gym for our virtual sessions?
Not at all. Having dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, fit fighters, workout bands, etc will definitely benefit your sessions, but if you do not have any of those fun toys we can work around it.
when shall I expect my zoom link to arrive?
Your zoom link will arrive 12 hours before your scheduled session. If you do not receive it within 12 hours of your appointment, please email us at train@dcfit10.com or text us at 505.690.8991 to let us know and we will resend it.
How much space do i need for my virtual session?
To figure out the minimum space you will need for your session, put your hands out to the side and turn in a circle and make sure you don't touch anything. If you have more space than that, great, but we can work with what you have as long as you don't hit anything and have clear floor space.
What is your session cancelation policy?
We ask that you give us a 12 hour advance notice. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your session will be charged as a full session.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes. We work on a "by appointment only" based system. You can use our scheduling system to book your session virtually by using our online scheduler.
Can I join the MEMBERS Only SGT T/Th 7am sessions?
Yes, however we ask that you schedule a virtual meet and greet with us first so we can talk about your goals and find out if we need to give you any specific modifications.
Please do not sign up for these sessions until you have met with us so that you can get the most from the session.
