Our Group Sessions
Log on and have fun with us!
All of our sessions incorporate a full body workout. You will be pushing and pulling, mixed in with some plyometrics, all the while moving through all planes of motion. Each session will be different based on the timer used. Some days we will focus more on strength and some days we will do more cardio, but everyday we will be having fun!

Virtual Team Training has evolved over the last few years. We pride ourselves on the community that we have created amongst our clients, even virtually. If you are looking for a supportive team environment, log on and train with us. The bonus of virtual training is that we mute all of our participants so you can sing as loud as you like to all the throwback music we play during our sessions.
We design each session to give you a great workout, while offering regressions and progressions as needed to ensure you always have a great training session. If you are getting back into training or have been training for awhile, we got you. We will help you to get moving and stay moving.
If you are new to DC Fit 10 and interested in joining one of our sessions please sign up for one of our Meet & Greet sessions to ensure we are the right fit for you. We highly recommend that you are injury free and/or have worked 1:1 with DC Fit 10 before attending our Team Training sessions. We look forward to meeting you!

Why mess with a good thing? We have offered this group time slot since founding DC Fit 10 in 2014 and don't plan on stopping now. These sessions are offered throughout the year, unless Coach D takes a week off.
Speciality Classes
Our clients wanted more than just an early morning HIIT sessions so we added a few speciality classes. These classes are offered at varying moments throughout the year so make sure to check the schedule before searching frantically for your zoom link.
