FOUNDED TO INSPIRE
You inspire trust and confidence, a lot, you really know what you are doing.
...You are one of the most professional people I have ever met. I mean in my entire life, including my work life.
You really really know your stuff. You keep up with the latest developments in your field and know what makes sense and what’s silly. You are committed to bringing variety to our workouts…it prevents you from getting bored and us too.
You keep people engaged but you absolutely convey that at the end of the day, it’s each person’s own life and own responsibility – you don’t take that on. You are dependable, maybe that’s related to professionalism. You meet people where they are...

YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF THE PHYSICS OF THE HUMAN BODY IS ASTOUNDING, AND IT MAKES ME INCREASINGLY CONFIDENT OF YOUR ADVICE
...Straight forward and direct, playful, but not in a way that wastes time or takes away from the coaching. You seem to take people for who/where they are without judging, which makes for a great place to begin the process of physical improvement. Your ability to adapt the workouts despite limitations and peculiarities of the individual is fabulous. I think some would be hard pressed to be adaptive, particularly if there are more than one or two limitations, or when there are big physical limitations, but that doesn't seem to give you any difficulty. You are always encouraging, but don't just let things that aren't right (like form) slide, even when it might be "nicer" to the client. I love your mix of encouragement but high expectations, That's a difficult balance, particularly when you depend on your clients' good will to continue... And in addition, I've been pleased that you grasp so much of the emotional fitness component of health and physical improvement.
